Last week, I dropped my last “complete” Change Agent newsletter (It was a good one, you should check it out).
So why am I emailing today?
Because as I mentioned last week, I’m writing my next book and I want you to be part of the process. Why? Because I want to 1000% ensure that it makes your work, your job and your career… better. Not by a little, but by an obvious margin.
How am I going to do that?
Two ways!
Either: Check out the current table of content. Give it a skim. Is there anything you think is missing from the book? Add a comment. Is there anything you think is unnecessary? Add a comment. Is there anything you wish were spelled out more in depth? Add a comment. (You get the idea.)
OR: Reply to this email (it goes directly to me, you know) with one or two problems you’re having at work that you wish you could get help on. No limits. From “how do I talk to the boss about rethinking EB?” to “marketing is ignoring me” to “do I really need an EVP?” to… well, frankly, if I could think of it, it is probably already in the table of contents. So you tell me what you’d love help with.
The goal is to write something so direct, so useful, that you mutter, “Oh shit!” to yourself as you’re reading it. I’m shooting for a ‘one “oh shit” to every ten pages’ ratio, so tell me what would make you swear out loud.
The honest truth is that no one makes any money writing books (unless your name is James Patterson or Colleen Hoover… and I bet Sarah J Maas is doing okay lately). I’m going to try and keep you in the loop as chapters get developed and I’m looking for feedback, so I very much appreciate your feedback.
Thank you so much for being a reader and subscriber.
