Have you ever wondered what having an employer brand would be like?
There should be a way to "test drive" your very own employer brand, don't you think?
An employer brand is a completely custom thing. It is designed to capture what makes you interesting and different as an employer so that you can focus all your messaging to talent.
But it can be hard to envision how much better it makes your recruiting, to see how that idea allows you to build more effective job postings, ads, social content, career sites, etc. How a brand can save you time and increase your effectiveness. How a brand allows you to change your hiring game to your advantage.
So I'm going to give some employer brands away.
Hold on! Here's the deal. I am picking four US or Canada-based companies who are between 500 and 2,000 employees who are willing to do a focus group and a read out. You need to be a leader in TA or Marketing and not already have an employer brand manager on staff.
In return for your shiny new brand and a playbook that will teach your team how to use it, all I ask is that you let me make a case study that talks about what was done, the insights uncovered and how that turned into your brand. Your company won't be named, but I will refer to you as "an 800-person IT services company in New York" or some such.
Sound good? Sound amazing? Cool!
I'm only choosing four companies who meet the basic criteria, so apply now (it will only take you five minutes). Deadline is March 5th!
If you know of a good company, feel free to send them this email so they can apply.
Thanks so much!

This sounds like a great opportunity for the winners!
